You Meet the Nicest People is a big favorite of mine. I've always wondered if the bass voice on the record is Thurl Ravenscroft ("Hey lady! Off my foot!"). Great stuff, whoever it is besides Dinah.
I have looked for so long for Christmas recordings from the late Great Dinah. and had no luck ..till today, you have given me Christmas In April!..Thank You so very much for the post of Dinah's Christmas recordings..Dinah is an all time favorite of mine, with so many fond memories of getting home from school to watch her on Dinah's Place ..she is greatly missed!

Thank you so much for this website! I used to listen to "You meet the nicest people" over and over when I was a kid. I would pick up the needle and place it back to the "Hey, lady, off my foot!" until my sister was ready to throttle me! :) She doesn't remember the song...I wish there was somewhere I could download a clip and email it to her. Great childhood memory! Thank you again for sharing!

I would like to find an mp3 of this please help. I been looking for a song she did named "Christmas Party" which was recorded on the RCA EP of You Meet The Nicest People I know the track is not on the Freebie Chevrolet Dealer Giveaway.
